National Property Buyers achieves Full Authorisation from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to carry out Sale & Rent Back business
Choices Bespoke Compliance Solutions Limited has announced that one of its key clients, National Property Buyers, has been granted Full Authorisation to carry out Sale and Rent Back business by the FSA.
National Property Buyers is one of the first firms to receive full authorisation from the FSA which began 09 July 2010.
Choices assisted National Property Buyers with its application for authorisation and the two organisations worked closely together as the FSA undertook a rigorous due diligence process in assessing the suitability of the firm for authorisation.
