National Property Buyers achieves FSA interim authorisation for Sale & Rent Back activities

Choices Bespoke Compliance Solutions Limited has announced that one of its key clients, National Property Buyers, has been granted interim Sale and Rent Back authorisation by the FSA.

National Property Buyers is one of the first firms to receive authorisation from the FSA for the interim regime which began 01 July 2009.

Choices assisted National Property Buyers with its application for authorisation and the two organisations worked closely together as the FSA undertook a rigorous due diligence process in assessing the suitability of the firm for authorisation.
