FSA begins Interim Regulation of Sale & Rent Back market
BREAKING NEWS...

This was as a result of meeting a number of stringent standards in our processes and providing documented evidence of how we work with our customers to offer a fair and honest route to sell and rent back their property. The FSA is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services and, with effect from 1st July 2009, now regulate all UK sale and rent back activities.
Any company or individual continuing to market or operate in the sale and rent back market without interim permission is now operating illegally.
