For all sale and rent back customers we can arrange up to a maximum 5 years Guaranteed fixed term rental period allowing you to rent back your home in complete confidence. Provided all conditions set out in the tenancy are met during the initial period this agreement may then be renewed. Specific conditions within your rental agreement will include all rental payments being paid up to date, the property being looked after as set down in the AST agreement and no nuisance having been caused to neighbouring properties.
